This mug cake is a great recipe for when you don’t have that many ingredients on hand! By making one single serving, you won’t use up that much. Also, this recipe can be made entirely with pantry staples—it’s egg free!
Taking care of yourself is really important, especially in stressful times like these. It’s not healthy to always eat desserts, but you should feel welcome to treat yourself once in a while. This mug cake can also be a nice, small gift to someone in your house! If someone’s had a hard day, try making this treat for them. It can really make the difference and show you care.
