Cook Time: 1 minute
Total Time: around 25 minutes
Yield: 1 servings: (or as much as you want!)
Materials
Plate
Knife
Ingredients
Tortilla chips
Shredded cheese
Any meat or vegetables (like bell pepper, onions, tomato, etc.) available that sound yummy on nachos!
Salsa and/or guacamole
Refried beans
Instruction
If you are using meat, and it is not already cooked, cook it! For example, for beef nachos, cook ground beef in a pan on medium heat for 8 minutes until brown. Starting with a rotisserie chicken from a grocery store makes this a super quick recipe!
Prepare and cook vegetables.
Chop vegetables to desired size.
It is up to you if you want to cook the vegetables. If you want to cook the onions, for example, saute on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until translucent.
Spread tortilla chips on the plate, add vegetables and meat, then top with shredded cheese.
Place in microwave for about one minute (until cheese is melted).
Then add whatever toppings you have available! (like refried beans, salsa and guacamole).
